Manufacturer's Warranty Statement
All Gator Footwear carries a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defective workmanship and/or materials if the footwear is worn under normal conditions and for the purpose it was intended.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty will be void if, in the opinion of the manufacturer or its authorised Australian distributor, the product has been subjected to abuse or excessive wear and tear. This includes damage from exposure to cement, lime, chemicals, water, or heat, if the product was not designed to be worn in those conditions.
Making a Claim: As a condition of the warranty, you must present valid evidence of the date of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) in the event of any claim.
This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
