What is a vector file?

We use Vector files to set up artwork for:

- Screen Printing

- Digital Vinyl Transfers

- Sublimation Printing

Please request your graphic designer to provide your artwork in one of the following file formats:

.eps or .ai

If you can't supply a vectorised copy of your logo/artwork, not to worry, we can vectorise your artwork in-house. A vectorisation set up fee will apply and pricing may vary depending on the artwork requirements or decoration method you choose. Our friendly sales staff will advise you if there are any vectorisation fees required for your order.

What are vector graphics used for?

Vector graphics are predominantly used for print production and artwork design. A vector file contains layers and shape information which can be edited using specialist software.

Vector vs Raster or Pixel based graphics:

Predominantly used for the web/digital displays

(Image files: .jpg .png .gif)

Retains editable layers and shape information

(Colours, Shapes and Layers can be changed)

A single 'flat' layer that can't be edited

(Colours and Shapes can't be edited accurately)

Can be scaled infinitely with no resolution loss

(Can print on a Business Card or a Billboard)

Loses resolution at larger scales

(Bad for large prints)

Turnaround time?

We recommend allowing up to 10-15 business days* for the decoration and dispatch of your order. Please note that non-decorated orders are typically delivered much sooner. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

*In the rare case that a stock delay occurs, our team will contact you to advise a restocking ETA for your approval.

For your convenience, your order may arrive in multiple shipments if items are dispatched from separate warehouses.

For new customers utilising our decoration services (Screen Printing, Embroidery, or Heat Transfers): Your order will require artwork set-up prior to production. The time required for this set-up may vary depending on your specific artwork requirements.

Can you do urgent orders?
Yes, in a lot of cases we can facilitate urgent orders!

Can I get a proof/mock-up when I place my order?

Absolutely, for new logos, the artwork set-up service fee includes an artwork proof for email approval prior to production.

Production will only commence upon your written approval via email.

Can I get a multiple logos on a garment?

You sure can, here is a breakdown of our decoration options:

Embroidery

  1. You can add your first logo using the built in embroidery options on our product pages.
  2. Now you can add an additional logo here, please make sure you match the quantity of the garments you wish to apply additional logos to. Please use the comments text field on this page to include any special instructions.
